Michael Skoney is a 1980 graduate of the University of Dayton and a 1984 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He has been admitted to practice in New York State since 1985 and in Federal Court since 1985.
With extensive litigation experience representing hundreds of personal injury clients at all levels of the justice system, including the New York State Supreme Court, Mr. Skoney has obtained several settlements in excess of $1,000,000 on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Skoney maintains membership in the NY State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Western Region Affiliate of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Skoney has been active in a number of community organizations including serving as School Board President for the City of Tonawanda for a number of years. He resides in Tonawanda, New York.
