Matthew T. Mosher is a 2001 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and received his Juris Doctor from the same institution in 2004. Matthew was born and raised in Corning, NY, and began his tenure with Viola, Cummings & Lindsay LLP in 2007. Mr. Mosher has focused on all areas of Personal Injury including auto and truck accidents, slip and falls and vaccination cases along with experience in Workers’ Compensation and Criminal Law.

Mr. Mosher is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and Federal Court. He is also one of a small number of attorneys admitted to practice in the Federal Court of Claims including Vaccination cases.

Mr. Mosher is a member of the Niagara County Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association. Mr. Mosher has served as President and Vice President of the Niagara County Bar Association and currently serves as a Director.
